The purpose of this workshop is to help you find personal fulfillment by uncovering, and exploring your authentic self, thereby fulfilling your potential and becoming all you can become.
This requires you to establish an intimate understanding of who you are, how you operate, what is important to you, and most importantly, what you need to do to find fulfillment in your life.
The Leading Self Personal Mastery program develops your capacity to manage your internal stability and external equilibrium by making decisions and choices that support you in meeting your needs: your ego’s needs (deficiency needs), your soul’s needs (growth needs), and your body’s needs (physiological needs).
You will learn concepts related to stages of psychological development, primary and secondary motivations, self-esteem and self-image dynamics.
You will experience how to release your emotions and use them as strategic allies, engage your self-witness, identify your feelings, thoughts, fears, beliefs and to question your thoughts and beliefs, especially the limiting ones.
You will start the design of your own transformational journey.
This section explores the past to the present. Where you have been and where you are now.
This section explores the possibility for the future—who you can become, and where you want to go.
This section explores the reality of where you are now and the hurdles you must overcome.
This section explores the way you manage your day-to-day reality, so you can get the outcomes you need to get to where you want to go.
This section explores your evolutionary progress—your latest feedback/performance measures, and your commitments to continued growth and learning.
At the end of the workshop you will have a self-leadership plan and a workbook with exercises to assist you in your transformation journey.
This program is accompanied by coaching and mentoring sessions offered by our Evolutionary Coaches and Accredited Practitioners of Individual and Leadership Value Based assessment instruments developed by Barrett Values Centre.
