This is an applied workshop for managers and executives who are concerned with developing their and their teams ‘resilience.
Maintaining a balance under pressure is one of the most important skills for leaders to master.
In this workshop we will address resilience in an integrated context looking at the required mindset, understanding the survival mechanism that influences resilience and the negative effects of failing to build resilience. You will learn and apply the strategies and tools that make resilience easy to access.
Approach: you will learn that is less about who you are and more about how you think, that your mindset directly influences who you are, shapes how you view the world and how you view yourself in the world.
Survival mechanism: you will learn that there is a genetic factor that enables resilience, which can also be learned, and you will practice how to navigate difficult situations and recover from the most hostile circumstances.
This workshop can be customized to reflect a specific context of your team or organization.
